Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in our workshop. Every order arrives in a drawer-style jewelry box with ribbon, presented in a protective outer shipping box and accompanied by a little card featuring jewelry care instructions, a velvet storage pouch, and a polishing cloth.

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers globally; each order is automatically routed to the appropriate center based on OROPA's clientele location and product availability.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns are processed as store credit or a replacement — whichever you prefer.
Is the jewelry water-resistant and does it not discolor?
Every OROPA piece is crafted from premium stainless steel with an 18k PVD finish — 100% water-resistant and built to wear daily, through the shower and beyond.
Do I need a warranty certificate?
No paperwork needed. Every OROPA order comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. Your order confirmation is your proof of cover.
Does the jewelry look exactly like in the photo?
Our photography is an accurate representation of each piece. Minor colour variation may occur across different screens, but what you see is what you receive.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — OROPA ships worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. All orders are fully tracked from dispatch to your door.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your pieces away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and abrasives. Store them separately to avoid scratching. A soft cloth is all you need to restore the shine. Treated well, your OROPA jewelry will last a lifetime.

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched — so you always know exactly where your pieces are.
